Comfortable Stay with Room to Improve
Our stay, although enjoyable, highlighted some areas needing attention. The room was spacious, but adding a handrail in the shower would enhance safety. Breakfast lacked variety, especially in bread and juice quality. Consider exploring local eateries for a more fulfilling morning meal!

Rooftop bar with city skyline views, Rich historical ambiance, Proximity to the Cathedral
The elevators are painfully slow!!! Hallway carpeting looks filthy and needs replacement!!! Room decor feels dated and lacks charm despite the overall potential!!!

The parking facilities were limited and difficult to navigate.

missingWrote a review on 22 Octoutdated decor
Upon arrival, there were significant delays with check-in due to an uncleaned room, making the wait frustrating. The ongoing renovations weren’t communicated prior, causing unexpected noise and dust in the corridors, which detracted from the relaxation I anticipated. The absence of tea-making facilities in the room was unexpected, as was the outdated decor, which felt far from a modern experience I would expect at this caliber. Additionally, the breakfast offered limited selections, with poor quality orange juice that didn’t match the overall expectations.

We loved our time here, especially the spacious room that gave us tons of room for our bags and the fantastic breakfast with so many good choices! We kicked back by the pool and enjoyed a relaxing spa after a long day out. The only thing I’d suggest is adding a handrail in the shower for safety, but it didn't ruin our great experience. 😊

Had a great time with my friends! The spacious rooms were perfect for our group after a fun day visiting the historic sites and exploring local cuisine. The hotel offered everything we needed to relax. Just a heads-up, some areas can be a bit noisy at night, so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper!
One downside was the service at checkout. We requested help with our bags, but no one came, and we ended up dragging them down the steps ourselves. It was frustrating when we expected assistance.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, and the room was spacious and clean, although it felt a bit outdated and could use modernization. Service was friendly, but amenities were lacking, especially in the bathroom. Overall, it was a decent experience.

I spent two nights in a Double Room at Barcelo Leon Conde Luna. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had an excellent bathroom. The high-pressure shower felt amazing after a long day exploring. The location made it easy to walk to the cathedral and nearby attractions. However, I struggled with parking. The hotel's lot was full, requiring me to find a public parking option nearby. The front desk staff wasn't very helpful with suggestions. A little more guidance on parking in advance would be appreciated. The breakfast had a decent selection, but I had to wait a bit too long for some items to be replenished.
